New Boutique Villa MaQuis, 

In 2021 we started the construction of new ultra modern design holidayhouse at a top location in the Apokoronas. Xirosterni a village at only a throw away from our other holidayhome: "villa Limani". Both villas are located in the province of the APOKORONAS near Chania in the proximity of the White Mountains, the greenest area on Crete and in full development.

This unique location offers magnificent undisturbed 270°-views to the fantastic White Mountains, the immens bay of Souda and the open Egean sea with the valley of Gavalochori. The location is unique as it is at the top of a hill in Xirosterni near the real greek village of VAMOS. While the plot is privately located, the acces is quite easy. From the main road, a little (dead end) road run over the top of the hill with amazing views.

Villa MaQuis will offer 4 spacious bedrooms, all with private bathroom and individual terrace on 3 different levels. Don't worry an elevator will take you where you need to be. The villa has a surface of 280m2, the master-bedroom is very spacious: 35m2 with ensuite sitting area and 2 private terraces. From your bedroom and adjacent terrace you have the most magnificent view to the "White mountains", while from the other terrace you have the best views to the bay and open sea.

The villa has a fitness room, a private endless pool (salt water) with a modern-Greek style lounge area, a separate BBQ area with spectacular views for your evening dinners. Several other terraces offer different views and orientation.

This new Villa Maquis offers "western" luxury to (max 8) guests, modern technology, WIFI, High quality sound system, fully airconditioned, and offers parking area to several cars while the plot is fully closed and fenced with separate access.
