Villa rental : Period and Duration

Promotions Special conditions	start up promotion 2024: -10% When you ask about availabilities it could happen that we provide a personal discount depending if the period and duration matches perfectly in our agenda.

All prices include taxes, energy and maintenance (pool and house cleaning)

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of booking.
Balance of payment 42 days prior to arrival. If you book less than 42 days before arrival the full amount will be required immediately.
If we do not receive the final payment 42 days prior to arrival we have the right to cancel your booking in accordance with the cancellation terms.

Although all cancellations will be managed on personal and individual level depending on your situation, here below follows the general policy
Cancellation 42-30 days prior to arrival 50% cost of the entire stay
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival 100% cost of the entire stay
No show or early departure 100%
