Villa Rental period 2024

• From 15 June until 15 September
• Minimum stay 7 nights (*)  and maximum  8 guests  (* exceptions possible)

Discounts and Special conditions: only for direct bookings

2024 start up discount : -20% until -25% (june) only on direct booking with the owners

For returning guest (including guests from ex Villa Limani) : -10% additional discount

With your request ( see contact form) it could be possible that specific periods or durations are at our very convenience and as a consequence we can make your a specific proposal.

All prices are including taxes, energy and housekeeping.

Practical Terms

• Check-in: 16.00h
• Check-out: 10.00h
• Non-smoking in the villa 

Payment Terms

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of booking.
• Balance of payment 42 days prior to arrival. If you book less than 42 days before arrival the full amount will be required immediately.
• If we do not receive the final payment 42 days prior to arrival we have the right to cancel your booking in accordance with the cancellation terms.

Cancellation Policy

• Although all cancellations will be managed on personal and individual level depending on your situation, here below follows the general policy
• For all cancellations, the initial 30% deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation 42-30 days prior to arrival 50% cost of the entire stay
• Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival 100% cost of the entire stay
• No show or early departure 100%
